TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: October 28, 2026

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions establish the rules applicable to reservations and accommodation services offered by Latitud Hoteles through its official website, www.latitudhoteles.com, and its direct booking channels.

By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have been informed of the conditions associated with their selected rate, including prices, payment methods, cancellation policies, and other information provided before confirmation.

These conditions apply without prejudice to the rights established under Brazilian law, particularly Law No. 8,078/1990 – the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

2. Reservations and Confirmations

Reservations made through the official Latitud Hoteles website are processed using Bukly, our online booking platform.

Reservation confirmation is subject to availability, the conditions of the selected rate, and the completion of the procedures required to finalize the booking.

Once confirmed, guests will receive their reservation details, including the hotel, stay dates, room category, rates, payment conditions, and applicable cancellation policy.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making a reservation.

3. Rates and Payment Conditions

The rates displayed during the booking process correspond to the selected dates, room category, occupancy, and booking conditions.

Rates, included services, applicable taxes, fees, and any additional charges must be disclosed before the reservation is completed.

Payment conditions may vary depending on the selected rate and stay period.

Latitud Hoteles may charge advance payments in accordance with the conditions expressly disclosed at the time of booking, subject to applicable legislation.

4. Cancellation Policies

Latitud Hoteles offers different cancellation policies depending on the selected rate and stay period.

The applicable cancellation policy will be displayed during the booking process and included in the reservation confirmation.

4.1. General Cancellation Policy

Reservations made under the general cancellation policy may be canceled without penalty up to 1 (one) day before the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations made after this deadline or failure to arrive (no-show) will result in a penalty equivalent to the first night's room rate.

The remaining nights will not be subject to the cancellation penalty established under this policy, without prejudice to other legally applicable obligations.

4.2. Special Cancellation Policy – High Season, Holidays, and Special Dates

For certain periods, including public holidays, high season, and other special dates clearly identified during the booking process, a special cancellation policy may apply.

Under this policy:

  • Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 45 (forty-five) days before the scheduled check-in date.
  • Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total reservation amount.
  • In the event of a no-show, a penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount will apply.
  • Reservations are subject to full prepayment, with 100% of the reservation amount charged when the cancellation penalty period begins, which is 45 days before check-in.
  • For reservations made within 45 days of the scheduled check-in date, the full amount may be charged after reservation confirmation.

All special conditions will be clearly disclosed before the booking is completed.

4.3. Non-Refundable Reservation Policy

Reservations made under non-refundable rates are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations and modifications are not permitted without application of the contracted conditions.
  • In the event of cancellation or no-show, a penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount will apply.
  • The hotel may charge the full reservation amount at any time after booking confirmation.
  • Amounts paid are non-refundable in the event of voluntary cancellation, except where refunds are required under applicable law.

Guests selecting a non-refundable rate should carefully review their travel dates and reservation information before confirming the booking.

5. Right of Withdrawal – Brazilian Consumer Protection Law

Under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), consumers entering into contracts outside a commercial establishment, including online transactions, have a statutory 7 (seven)-day right of withdrawal, where applicable.

The period is calculated from the date of contracting, in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.

When validly exercised within the statutory period, this right allows consumers to cancel their purchase without penalties and receive a refund of amounts paid, in accordance with applicable law.

The general, special, and non-refundable cancellation policies do not override rights legally guaranteed to consumers.

Specific circumstances, including reservations made shortly before the scheduled check-in date, will be assessed in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Reservation Modifications

Requests to change travel dates, room categories, number of guests, or other reservation conditions are subject to availability and the rules of the selected rate.

Any applicable rate differences must be disclosed to the guest before the modification is confirmed.

Non-refundable reservations cannot be modified at the guest's request, except where required by law.

For other reservations, modification requests made after the cancellation penalty period begins may be subject to the applicable cancellation conditions.

7. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without a valid cancellation or a reservation modification accepted by the hotel.

The following penalties will apply according to the booked rate:

  • General policy: First night's room rate.
  • Special policy: 100% of the total reservation amount.
  • Non-refundable rate: 100% of the total reservation amount.

Room availability after the scheduled arrival date must be confirmed directly with the hotel.

8. Early Departure

If a guest chooses to end their stay before the scheduled check-out date, any applicable refunds or charges will be assessed according to the conditions of the booked rate and applicable legislation.

For non-refundable reservations or reservations subject to a full cancellation penalty, early departure does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund for unused nights.

9. Refunds

When a refund is due, payments will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method and applicable legal requirements.

Operational processing and posting times may vary depending on the financial institution, card issuer, or payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any refund rights guaranteed under Brazilian law.

10. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times may vary by hotel and will be communicated during the booking process or in the accommodation confirmation.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed to guests in advance.

11. Occupancy and Guest Identification

The maximum occupancy of each accommodation must comply with the capacity indicated at the time of booking.

All guests must provide the identification documents required by applicable legislation for hotel registration.

Accommodation of children and teenagers must comply with Brazilian legal requirements, including documentation and parental or guardian authorization when necessary.

12. Additional Services and Charges

Services or purchases not included in the booked rate, such as minibar items, bar services, tours, spa treatments, or other optional services, may be charged separately.

Prices and conditions for additional services must be made available to guests before purchase or consumption.

13. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

Guests must comply with the hotel's internal rules, safety requirements, and the rights of other guests to a peaceful stay.

Verified damage caused to hotel property may result in liability in accordance with applicable law.

Latitud Hoteles is committed to providing the contracted services in accordance with the conditions disclosed in the reservation and respecting consumer rights.

14. Personal Data Protection

Personal data provided during the booking process and hotel stay will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the Latitud Hoteles Privacy Policy.

For further information, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on our official website.

15. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Latitud Hoteles may periodically update these Terms and Conditions to reflect operational, commercial, or legal changes.

Such changes will not unilaterally modify the conditions of previously confirmed reservations to the detriment of consumers, except where legally permitted.

The latest version will be available on the official website.

16. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, particularly the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and other regulations applicable to accommodation services.

Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent authorities or courts, with full respect for consumer rights.
